Integrations

Bring your own accounts. Keep your own bills.

Payments, messaging, AI and calendars are configured per workspace with your own credentials — so charges go to your provider account, and your data stays under your contract, not ours.

Integrations

Plug in the tools you already pay for.

Eduthropy doesn't ask you to abandon your bank, your accountant or your chat app. Connect your own accounts in Settings — each workspace holds its own credentials.

Take payments and donations

Stripe · Paystack · Flutterwave

Connect your own payment account. Invoices carry a pay link, and your public donation page collects gifts with just a name and email — donors and payments reconcile themselves.

Alerts where your team already talks

Slack · Microsoft Teams

Approvals, overdue tasks and new requests post into the channel you choose, so nothing waits for someone to open the app.

Bring your own AI key

OpenAI · Anthropic · your provider

Draft letters, summarise reports and author simulations using your organisation's own API key — usage is billed to you, and your data never sits in a shared account.

Your work in your calendar

Outlook · Google Calendar · Apple

Each member gets a private subscription feed. Tasks, activities and approved leave appear alongside meetings and stay in sync automatically.

Import budgets and transactions

Xero · QuickBooks · spreadsheets

Upload an export or a spreadsheet, map the columns once, preview the result and import. No retyping a year of budget lines.

Export for your accountant

Xero · QuickBooks · CSV

Send transactions out in the format your bookkeeper expects, or take a clean CSV for anything else.

Email that comes from you

Your domain · your sender

Invoices, invitations and letters go out branded, from an address your recipients recognise.

Credentials stay yours

Per-organisation keys

Every integration is configured per workspace and stored encrypted. Disconnect at any time without touching your records.

Getting paid

One link for donations, a pay button on every invoice

Publish a donation page for your organisation — donors give with a name and an email, and the gift lands against a donor record with the payment reconciled. Invoices carry the same pay link, so customers settle without a bank transfer chase.

  • Public donation page on your own link
  • Donor records created or matched automatically
  • Invoice payments marked settled on confirmation

Staying in sync

Your calendar, your inbox, your channel

A private subscription feed puts each person's tasks, activities and approved leave into Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar. Notifications reach the same people in Slack or Teams, and emails go out branded from your domain.

  • Per-member private calendar feed
  • Slack or Teams alerts for approvals and deadlines
  • Branded invoice, letter and invite emails

Books that reconcile

Import from your accounting system, export back out

Bring budgets and transactions in from Xero, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet with column mapping and a preview before anything is written. Export a period back out in the format your accountant asks for.

  • Spreadsheet and accounting-system imports
  • Column auto-mapping with a preview step
  • Xero, QuickBooks and CSV exports

Setting up

Three steps, no developer needed.

01

Open Settings → Integrations

Owners and admins see every connection in one panel, with a status for each.

02

Paste your own keys

Your payment, AI or messaging credentials are stored encrypted against your workspace only.

03

The platform starts using them

Pay links appear on invoices, alerts land in your channel, AI drafting switches on, feeds go live.

Control & accountability

Governance you configure, not negotiate.

Owners decide exactly who can see, edit, approve or delete in every module — and who signs off what.

Decide what every role sees

A permission matrix per role and per module: no access, read only, edit, edit with approval, delete with approval, or full access.

Override for one person

Give a single staff member more or less than their role allows, without inventing a new role for them.

Approvals that follow the org chart

Set each person's line manager once. Requests can route to the owner or be delegated to the manager who actually supervises the work.

Nobody chases anybody

Tasks, expenses, letters, leave, invoices, appraisals, training and team updates all raise notifications for the people involved.

Your brand on everything

Logo, colours and signatures apply across the workspace and every exported invoice, expense pack and letter.

Isolation at the database

Every record carries an organisation, enforced by row-level security below the interface — not by hiding buttons.

Connect once, and the admin stops being manual.

Start with payments or your calendar feed. Add the rest whenever you're ready.
