Terms of service
The terms on which Eduthropy Impact Technologies Ltd makes the Eduthropy platform available to your organisation. Last updated 12 August 2026.
The agreement
By creating a workspace or using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not have authority to bind your organisation, do not use the service.
Accounts and workspaces
- Each workspace has an owner who controls membership and permissions.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the roles and access levels you assign, and for the actions taken by people you invite.
- Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any suspected misuse.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to store unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to access another organisation's workspace, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent access controls.
- Do not resell orwhite-label the service without our written agreement.
Your data
Your organisation owns the records it enters. We process them to provide the service and in line with our privacy notice. You can export your finance data and download your documents at any time while the workspace is active.
Third-party integrations
Integrations run on credentials you supply. Your use of those providers is governed by your agreement with them, their fees are billed to your account, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or charges.
Fees
Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing period and any taxes are those set out in your order or plan selection. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable for a period already used.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, and we may carry out maintenance or release changes that alter features. The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement on notice. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breach. After termination you have a limited period to export your data, after which it may be deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
